3. Applicable Services
3.1 MOT Testing
Our MOT testing is meticulous and done by trained professionals. We do not take responsibility if your car, van, or motorbike fails its MOT, as we must report the MOT accurately and true to the test requirements.
Inducement, bribes, or extortion will not be tolerated and we have the right to refuse service to anyone.
3.2 Diagnostic Testing
Our diagnostic testing is aimed to find the root of an issue in order to provide an accurate quote for repairs, however, you must take into account that on occasion we may not be able to find or provide a solution. If a case does arise where we cannot find the root of the issue we must inform you and you as the user must pay the labour fee for the number of hours spent on the vehicle. In the event, we cannot implement the solution we may be able to provide suggestions for the service or repair. If you think you already have an idea of what service/repair you need and do not want a diagnostic, you take the liability if the repair does not fix the issue and will not be provided with a refund. Repairs must not be booked through the diagnostic service on our website, please call in order to receive an accurate quote. Additionally, only an initial 1-hour diagnostic slot can be booked through our website. If you require additional time you will need to contact us for an estimated price.
3.3 Oil Change (Oil and Filter)
Manufacturers recommend that you have an oil and filter change done once a year or once every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a set price for oil and filter changes, as the cost of parts varies depending on the vehicle and the vehicle's engine specifications. When booking an oil and filter change, we will send you a free quote. From there, if you are happy with our price we can confirm the booking. Please note that depending on the price, availability of parts and the date of the booking we may request that payment is given in advance (before booking confirmation).
Furthermore, this service is for oil and filter changes ONLY, if you have an oil leak or oil pressure issue this will need to be booked as a diagnostic. This service does NOT include a full vehicle inspection, you will only receive advisories if they are visible while performing the oil and oil filter change.
